These Terms & Conditions regulate how DuduPlugs works, what is expected of users, and how rights and responsibilities are shared between you and the platform. They are intended to: - Let you use the DuduPlugs entity effectively. - Provide sales, creators, sellers, and DuduPlugs its purpose. - By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, buyers, sellers, and community members.

To use DuduPlugs: - Be at least 18 years old or - Have minor consent for users under this requirement When creating an account, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete registration details - Accept responsibility for all activity on your account You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent previous actions or impersonate another person.

When using DuduPlugs, you agree not to: - Post or share false, illegal, or misleading content - Harass, abuse, or threaten other users - Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights - Attempt to hack or compromise the platform - Engage in illegal or criminal activities while these rules are violated

DuduPlugs allows users to post content and participate in Plugs. When sharing content on DuduPlugs, you grant DuduPlugs the right to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform. The platform: - Does not claim ownership of your content - May remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

The marketplace enables users to list, discover, and transact products or services. As a seller: - DuduPlugs is not directly liable for marketplace transactions - We do not guarantee product quality, pricing, delivery, or refunds - Disputes must be resolved directly between users - We reserve the right to limit listings that breach legal or platform requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuduPlugs is not liable for: - Losses arising from third-party content or user interactions - Service interruptions, outages, or technical failure - Unauthorized access or security breaches on the platform - Use of DuduPlugs outside platform terms

We may update these Terms for any business, legal, or operational reason. Updates will be posted on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
